THE PRODUCTION

I am combining my photography and music to tell stories of growing up in the Steelton area of Sault Ste Marie. I also have songs that I wrote about the places depicted in the photographs. Each image is accompanied by a song an anecdotes about my time living in the Steelton, the people, the family and the simpler time it was in the 60's and 70's. This performance is made in the Sault and about the Sault. People will enjoy the trip down memory lane and will relate to growing up in a working-class neighborhood.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

I am a singer/songwriter with 10 singles released. My song All In the Game was #1 on the Radio Alliance chart for Only Rock Radio (Spain) for the week of Oct. 10, 2022. My music draws influences from country, folk and blues. After becoming disillusioned with the bar scene locally I stepped away from the music scene for many years. I had written some original songs, but did nothing with them. It wasn't until I began my podcast for the Borderline where I interview famous musicians whose words provided inspiration and sparked my return to music.
