This is a rare opportunity to catch this performance in an all ages event, as well as an event that's catered to Adults as well. This is an R rated show that will be around 31-45 minutes.
This production is about intimate partner violence that has a huge affect on our society as a whole. The corruption of minds, lives, and everything in between. Follow us on this journey of women who have lived through these horrific events and live to tell the tale, bringing enlightenment to its viewers on the real affects these acts have on one another.

Bradley Hayward's "I Don't Want to Talk About it" does just that. Via a series of connected monologues we witness life through the eyes of teenage Kaila. We're there from her first words to her final breath. "I Don't Want to Talk About It" illustrates the bittersweet, jocund, tragic, and awkwardness of adolescent life through a textbook example of modern dramedy.

As a disabled artist, Kim collaborates with a team, emphasizing inclusion and transforming solo practice into a team effort. The film addresses the isolation faced by disabled individuals and promotes understanding and support among able-bodied artists.

Nancy Edwards Rethinking Good Intentions
(ages 18+, Digital pre-recorded theatre performance) explores bridging cultural divides through community health work in Sierra Leone during the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. Inspired by Nancy's memoir, the play follows her journey with local figures like village chiefs and public health nurses, revealing the challenges and growth in cross-cultural understanding. It reflects on how good intentions can transform into meaningful allyships, resonating with universal themes of cultural awareness and community resilience.

In the Tracks of the Black Bear is a 1+ hour music and visual arts performance celebrating the ACR (Algoma Central Railway) and rail travel worldwide. With a deep family connection to the railroad—my father and uncles worked on the ACR—this show at the Fringe North Festival features seven original songs alongside traditional Americana railroad folk tunes. Accompanied by projection visuals of film and photographs showcasing ACR landmarks, each song and story pays homage to the rich history and tales of the railroad.

Lock Cities Chorus Sings Barbershop Music by Linda Sirie (30-45 min, all ages) We are a group of women who sing barbershop music. We sing songs from the early days of barbershop music in the 1940 's to present day songs . We sing ballads, uptunes, nonsense songs and songs that allow audience participation as well. Our performance shares the uniqueness of a capella singing with demonstrations of four part harmony including simple songs that the audience can relate to.
